The Dovey Tower SmartFlex Concentrate is a chemical-based detergent used in general flexo wash up procedures. Specifically designed for water-based flexo inks used in anilox roll systems for the corrugated box industry. This biodegradable liquid detergent effectively and economically cleans flexo anilox systems when diluted with water described below.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Flexographic Ink Cleaning: Apply full strength or dilute with water up to 50% to clean water-based conventional and UV flexographic ink. Plate Cleaning Units: Mix with up to 50% water. Set machine temperature to 95-105 degrees.Hot Tank or Ultrasonic Units: Mix with up to 90% water. Set tank temperature to a maximum of 140 degrees.
