The Model 450DDX with Dual Drive pull rolls Sweed unit that will dispose of your scrap strapping safely, quickly and economically. 

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS !                                                 

Just introduce the material (banding) into the in-feed funnel. The feed works (pinch rolls) will then grab the material and pull it into the rotating knife path. The feed works will continue to pull at a rate of 120 feet per minute until the material is consumed or the operator releases the feedworks via the release lever. 

The following are materials commonly processed through the Model 450 DDX.

• 5/16” x .031” steel band• 1” x .031” steel band• All sizes of plastic/PET strap
