DOVEY PW5100 LIQUID CORRUGATOR LUBE FOR THE DOUBLE-BACKER
- PW -51 PW-51 is a paper lubricant applied to linerboard at the wet end of the doublebacker. Its purpose is to reduce hot plate frictional drag and therefore improve board quality.
- PW-51 eliminates the smoky vapor cloud at the doublebacker, caused by oil based lubricants.
- Properly diluted, PW-51 renders the paper gluable and printable.
- Supplied in concentrated liquid in 5 gallon drums, and mixed with soft water from 1 – 3 to 1 – 10 ration depending on drag severity.
- Applied by boom sprayer or independent hand held sprayer.
