• The enzymes act to break down the organic materials in the drains into water-soluble nutrient materials. The bacteria then digest the released nutrients, multiply and produce more enzymes to continue cleaning the entire waste system.  

• Experience shows that most drain systems have major accumulations of waste matter and for this reason it is recommended that an initial three week program at twice those amounts shown in the instructions be implemented.  

• Bacteria enzyme treatments are best used on a regular basis so not to allow starch build up over time.
