• The DOVEY Stitch Tab Knife is a CENTER BEVEL blade and therefore needs far less pressure in cutting.
  
  
• No need to worry about left or right hand knives, as the DOVEY knife is notched at both ends and can be used in either direction.
  
  
• The DOVEY knife is produced with 12 teeth per inch so cuts cleaner and therefore strips more efficiently and is hardened to 40 Rc.
